Tackle
We have a fully equipped anglers store and anglers, in the main, hire all of the tackle needed for a comfortable week or two’s fishing. The tackle is of the highest quality and is as used in our angling TV programmes.
We provide the whole set up to include your rods, reels, pods, buzzers, sticks, bedchairs, chairs, lights, scales, slings, nets… All of the tackle and equipment is checked and maintained by our lakes manager, with line and batteries regularly changed and in perfect readiness for Your arrival.
Bait
We require all anglers to purchase the fresh bait sold on site. Our boilies are specially made only for our two lakes and for use in our angling TV shows. The Pursuit Specials come in a range of size options and each kilo bag is 12 Euros.

Tackle Hire & Bait
Guests can hire all of the tackle needed for a successful and comfortable trip. Our tackle can be hired for £150 per person and will be ready and set up for you on arrival. The tackle consists of two 2.75 t/c rods from either Nash, Fox, Daiwa or ones we have had specially made for the Pursuit TV series. Shimano Baitrunner reels, 15lb main line, Nash Bedchairs, Delkim bite alarms, Solar Pods or Solar Sticks, Solar/Fox/Nash indicators, catapults, baiting spoons, buckets..
Each swim has its own purpose built fisherman’s hut and a top of the range Nash bed-chair will be ready set-up for your stay. Outside you will have your own fishing chair and picnic table.
Your own landing Net, Weigh Slings, Scales, buckets will also be ready and waiting for you. On site we also stock various terminal tackle items that can be purchased at the cost price (we don’t mark up on any items). Of course you will have your own preferred end rigs and terminal tackle and you are of course welcome to bring along. You can also bring your own tackle if driving but again please note our rules and guidelines.
As anglers ourselves and having fished for many years around France and the rest of the World we totally understand your desire to do things your own way and so as long as you stick within the rules and guidelines we are happy for you to bring and use your own kit.

Fly In and Pick Up
We have first class tackle for hire should you wish to fly into Limoges airport where you will be collected upon your arrival and be catching big fish within a couple of hours after leaving home.
On arrival you will either be met at the airport (if you have booked this option) or met at the lake at the beginning of your stay by our venue managers Sophie & Alex. They will show you around the venue and give a quick overview and you will receive a personalised welcome pack waiting for you on the kitchen table to help kick start your holiday. Then they will leave you to your week (or two) but will be available should you need any help, advice or assistance.
