News from the Lake in 2025 Carl Wood & Wife Lyn Return to Chanteboeuf 2nd August 2025 Back to Lake Chanteboeuf again after our last trip in 2022. I've been waiting a while to get back on this incredible lake and it certainly did not disappoint. The weather was hot but this didn't seem to put the fish off. I didn't get the rods out on the Saturday evening, I waited until Sunday morning and concentrated on watching the water with a cold beer for any signs of fish. It wasn't long before a few fish gave the game away and told me where they wanted to be.
